If you want more, Karen will help take you from where you are to where you want to be.  Meet with her twice weekly, for four weeks, for fitness training and consultation; then once weekly thereafter.  Karen will help you analyze your choices and refine your habits.  Homework will be involved.  Included are:

  • Initial consultation, assessment and program design
  • 10 ~ 50 minute Personal Training sessions in person (if you live close) or by phone (if you live distant)
  • 5 Email coaching sessions
  • Health History and Goal Inventory
  • Weekly progressive exercise programs.
